Jose traveled 20 miles downstream in a boat in the exact same length of time it took him to travel 12 miles upstream. What was the speed of the current, if the speed of the boat (in still water) was 10 miles per hour?

Think about it. How far would he have gone in that same time period without a current helping or hindering his progress?
