    help wih log equations

    Please show steps to solve the following:
    lnx^9 = (lnx)^2 + 20
    any help would be appreciated.

    ln x^9 = (ln x)^2 +20

    9*ln x = (ln x)^2 +20

    (ln x)^2 - 9*ln(x) + 20 =0

    y^2 - 9y+20 =0 where y=ln x.

    Solve this quadradic yourself.
