Write an equation of the circle described in both the standard form and general form
Tangent to x = -2 and y = 2 at (-2,0) and (-4,2)

try to sketch the line and the circle.

the center should be in $(-4,0)$ with radius $r = 2$

the equation of the circle : $(x+4)^2 + y^2 = 4$
