Using the relation I=P*R*T,
find the interest on
Rs 5400 at 7% per annum for 146 days...

if they given in the months we can divide it by 12...
here the problem is given in days..
how to do this...
the answer is 252.
Thank You

There are 365 days in a year,
so $T=days/365$

yah,i tried with 365 and 366 days also..but the answer 252 doesn't came.
so only i asked in this thread.
thank u

4. The annual interest is $5400 \cdot .07$,

so the interest accumulated over 146 days should be

$\frac{146}{365} \cdot 5400 \cdot .07 = 151.2$

Am I missing something?
