when writing a decimal expansion as a fraction, all you do is place the decimal expansions over multiples of 10 with as many zeroes as there are decimal points.

example: 10.07 = 10 + 0.07 = 10 + 07/100 = 10 + 7/100 = (1000 + 7)/100 = 1007/100

0.09 = 09/100 = 9/100

3.44 = 3 + 0.44 = 3 + 44/100 = (300 + 44)/100 = 344/100 = 86/25

or if you want it in a mixed number it would just be 3 + 44/100 = 3 + 11/25 = 3 11/25
