ABCDEF is a regular hexagon . If AB=a , and AD=b , find in terms of a and b , the vectors (1) AC , (2) AF

Isn't AF = AB = a ? AF is one of the 6 equal sides.

So if you REALLY need AF in terms of a and b, then : AF = a + b - b
