You need to use two concepts - 1)Writing percentages as decimals 2)Writing math sentences into algebraic sentences, or equations

    33 1/3% = .3333... or 10/3 to be exact. So (10/3)x=65.2

That last part says that .3333 times some number, x, equals 65.2 which is the problem you want to solve, just put into an equation. Solve for x.

    Ok have a think.

Let x be the number you need to find out (the original number)

We have 33 and 1/3 of that number equals 26.6. Let "that number" be x.

     \frac {33.3333}{100}x = 26.6

Do you understand what I'm doing?

Now you finish it off and do it for the other one.

    Hint: 33\frac{1}{3}\% = \frac{1}{3}.

So you're asked " \frac{1}{3} of what number equals 26.6?"

    Hint: 66\frac{2}{3}\% = \frac{2}{3}.

So you're asked " \frac{2}{3} of what number equals 65.2?"
