You need to use two concepts - 1)Writing percentages as decimals 2)Writing math sentences into algebraic sentences, or equations

33 1/3% = .3333... or 10/3 to be exact. So (10/3)x=65.2

That last part says that .3333 times some number, x, equals 65.2 which is the problem you want to solve, just put into an equation. Solve for x.

3. How would I proceed with equation?

4. Ok have a think.

Let $x$ be the number you need to find out (the original number)

We have 33 and 1/3 of that number equals 26.6. Let "that number" be x.

$\frac {33.3333}{100}x = 26.6$

Do you understand what I'm doing?

Now you finish it off and do it for the other one.

Hint: $33\frac{1}{3}\% = \frac{1}{3}$.
So you're asked " $\frac{1}{3}$ of what number equals 26.6?"
Hint: $66\frac{2}{3}\% = \frac{2}{3}$.
So you're asked " $\frac{2}{3}$ of what number equals 65.2?"
