    Help with tranposing formula

    Hi,
I need to a pair of simultaneous equations to solve the following.Im not asking for the answer as I can work out that my self once It has been transposed.
Existing contract...it will take 210 days if 12 painters paint a building.the company as been offered a new contract.they will make 250 extra profit per day in new contract. They are considering hiring more painters to complete the existing contract ASAP but only 3 more painters are available.
every 6 painters need 1 supervisor and each supervisor costs 90 extra per day.
    a) analyse extra cost/profit for company if they decide to complete the contract with 15 painters (12 +3).
    Need equations for the following...
    1) 2 supervisors and 10 painters will cost 1008 per day
    2) 3 supervisors and 16 painters will cost 1596 per day
find the earnings of a painter and a supervisor
    Thanks.....

    2s + 10p = 1008
    3s + 16p = 1596
