Could someone please show me how to solve the following types of Partial Fractions with full working out:

a). 1 / (x + 2)^2 (x-1)

b). x + 2 / x^2(x-4)

c). 9 / (x - 1)(x^2+1)

d). 2x + 1 / x(x^2 + 4)

a) $\frac{1}{(x+2)^2(x-1)} = \frac{A}{x+2} + \frac{B}{(x+2)^2} + \frac{C}{x-1}$

b) $\frac{x+2}{x^2(x-4)} = \frac{A}{x} + \frac{B}{x^2} + \frac{C}{x-4}$

c) $\frac{9}{(x-1)(x^2+1)} = \frac{A}{x-1} + \frac{Bx+C}{x^2+1}$

d) $\frac{2x+1}{x(x^2+4)} = \frac{A}{x} + \frac{Bx+C}{x^2+4}$
