1. Are these correct?

Did I do these problems right? I just wanted to be sure.

Ignore number 7, I found out that one is correct. Sorry for my crappy handwriting, I tried to write these as neat as possible.

Scanned image..

u should get $-2\left ( x-4 \right )\left ( x-3 \right )$.
Check ur answer in 8,u should get $-5x^2+5x-4$.
Check ur answer in 9, u should get $6x^3-5x^2-16x+15$.

3. Also, the slope of the first one is $\frac{9}{2}$ not $-\frac{9}{2}$ as a negative divided by a negative yields a positive

4. Thanks guys. Now to go back and see where I did wrong.

5. Sorry to double post but...

I looked at the answers you gave me to see where I messed up. I see where I messed up on 8 and 9 (I mixed up the signs), but i'm not getting how you got that answer for 6.

You start here:
$-2x^2+14x-24$ and then the next step isn't correct:

$-(2x^2-14x+24) = -(2x^2-8x-6x+24)$

$-(2x(x-4)-6(x-4))$

I'll leave the rest for you.

7. first you didn't factorize well with $-1$.
$-2x^2+14x-24=-1(2x^2-14x+24)$

9. also why not factorizing with $-2$
$-2(x^2-7x+12)$ = $=-2(x-4)(x-3)$.
