    okie.. here's the answer..

    0.60 is to the 2nd place.. which means that they are 2 places after the decimal point.

    In actual fact,

    0.60
    =60/100

    However, we always have to express fraction in its simplest form. We have to reduce the fraction. That is dividing the numerator and denominator by the same number.

    Considering the numbers 60 and 100. The common factor of both 60 and 100 is 20. This means that both 60 and 100 when divided by 20 will give you a whole number.

    Thus,
    0.60
    =60/100
    =3/5

    Thus, 3/5 is the correct answer.. Got it
