    help solving for variable like X...

    I got someting like this

    14.60 =+x -(x * (32.53/100))

    need help solving for x

    can you explain in detail? Not sure what factor an X out means...

    14.60 =+x -(x * (32.53/100))
    Factoring out the x means:
    x(1 - 32.53/100) = 14.6

    If you don't follow that, you'll need help from your teacher.
