subtract the 2 from each side. So 21<-7y. Now you have to divide each side by -7 (when you divide and inequal by a negative the sign changes) so 21/-7 >-7/-7 y.
-3>y or y<-3 so any value to the left of -3 on the number line will be a solution to your problem.
The second one get your x-values to one side and get the integer values to the other side of the inequal. This will give you yor x-value
