    equation

    d-4=7

    c-34=20

    a-4= -18

    If you are not certain what to do use the following method:
    Code:
         d - 4 = 7
           + 4 | +4            add 4 on both sides 
      --------------           to get rid of the -4
         d     = 11
    Use this method to solve the next 2 equations.

    (For confirmation only: c = 54; a = -14)
