Let's call the column containing -7, 5, 55, 188 column one.

$\frac{f(1)-f(0)}{1}=-7$, notice: the divisor is 1.
$\frac{f(2)-f(1)}{2}=5$, the divisor is 2.
$\frac{f(3)-f(2)}{3}$, the divisor 3.

$\frac{5-(-7)}{1+2}$, the divisor is the sum the two divisors in the first column.

So on an so forth. The divisors follow the Pascal Triangle.
