Hi, I am in major need of help. So, I am working as a somewhat tutor, and I need to know how to get these answers...Can anyone please help me.

Here are the questions...

1. Simplify the expression 7^p3 (Answer is 210)
2. How many ways can 11 basketball players be listed in a program? (Answer is 39,916,800)
3. Find the greatest possible answer for the measurement 0.991g (Answer is 0.005)
4. You measure a peice of rope and find that its 2cm. Find the percent error for this measurement. (Answer is 25%)

1. $^7P_3 = \frac{n!}{(n-r)!}$. n = 7 and r = 3. This will simplify to $7 \times 6 \times 5$
2. $11!$
