1. ## Expressions

If you could help it would be appreciated!!!
#1 I need to show an algebraic expression to show, "The distance (in miles) traveled in h hours at an average speed of 55 mph?"

#2 The quotient of two consecutive integers, the smallest being n.

#3 The perimeter of a rectangle whose width is half its length L
I think it is P= L* (1/2L)

2. If you could help it would be appreciated!!!

#1 I need to show an algebraic expression to show, "The distance (in miles) traveled in h hours at an average speed of 55 mph?"

Distance = Speed x Time

Distance (in miles) = 55 x h

#2 The quotient of two consecutive integers, the smallest being n.

Smallest = n, the next consecutive number is n + 1 and the quotient of the two consecutive integers would be expressed as:

$\frac{n + 1}{n}$

#3 The perimeter of a rectangle whose width is half its length L
I think it is P= L* (1/2L)

Length = L
Width = half its length = 0.5 L (or 1/2 L)

Perimeter = (Length + Width) x 2... that is, (L + 0.5L)x2 = 3L
