Hey, I need to find out how you convert nutritional info (eg on a cereal packet) to percentage!
It's been driving me madand any way I do it I end up with 880% of protein. Now I know thats not right!

No need to shout
To find what percentage a value is of the population, you divide your value by the population/whole amount, and then multiply by 100.
For example, a 330 gram bar contains 16 grams of protein.
Using what I said above, you get the equation.
This shows you that the bar contains 4.85% protein.
