Solve the inequalities. Please explain how to do this.
I know that you have to do two equalities or something. I don't remember. Please help!

|2x-5| > or = 57

|-15x+73| < 122

Recall that $|2x-5| \geq 57$ is the same as $2x-5 \geq 57$ and $2x-5 \leq -57$ , so you have two parts to solve.

$2x-5 \geq 57 = 2x \geq 62 = x \geq 31$

Now with this in mind, try the others.

To re-learn how to solve absolute-value inequalities, try here.

(For the first one, you'll be doing two separate inequalities; for the second one, you'll be doing one inequality in three "halves".)
