Hi can someone show me in stages how to simplify: x^2-6x+8/10 * 5x/2x-8

I can't understand your formatting but you probably need to factorise and then cancel common factors. In particular, you should note that 2x - 8 = 2(x - 4) and x^2 - 6x + 8 = (x - 4)(x - 2).

And that would leave you with (x-2)/10 * 5x/2 is that right?

And can it be taken further?

I still can't understand your formatting. Look for more common factors and cancel them is all I can say.
