I need some help please. I am terrible at coming up with this formula. I am a novice investor who feels that I am being taken advantage of.

$210,000 = 46.667 %...

what is the percentage of the following amounts? :
A. $20,000
B. $15,000

The amount for 100% will be the ratio of money to percent: mathematically:





A.

for B change 20,000 to 15,000

100/46.77777

take that answer then multiply 210000 by it. this gives you 100%.
from there its easy to get everything else

this involves a Limited Liability Company...
51% of the Company is owned by management they have no financial investment. = $0

49% is owned by the Limited Members =$210,000
Someone just invested $10,000 for a 2.333 percent interest of the 49% thus diluting the 49%. I have $20,000 invested and my friend has $15,000. I cannot figure this out for the life of me and fear i am being taken to the cleaners .
