The amount for 100% will be the ratio of money to percent: mathematically:

$\frac{x}{210000} = \frac{100\%}{46.667\%}$

$x = \frac{210000 \times 100}{46.667}$

A. $\frac{20,000}{x} = \frac{n}{100}$

for B change 20,000 to 15,000

3. 100/46.77777

take that answer then multiply 210000 by it. this gives you 100%.
from there its easy to get everything else

4. My bad...I didn't explain this enough or maybe I did and just don't get it
this involves a Limited Liability Company...
51% of the Company is owned by management they have no financial investment. = $0 49% is owned by the Limited Members =$210,000
Someone just invested $10,000 for a 2.333 percent interest of the 49% thus diluting the 49%. I have$20,000 invested and my friend has $15,000. I cannot figure this out for the life of me and fear i am being taken to the cleaners . Hope that helps. Thanks 5.
