    Factoring/Finding What X is

    Can someone help me with this.

    432x -48x^2 + 4x^3 = 600

    Can you either factor it or find the possibilities of X?

    Hi bherrell2,

    432x-48x^2+4x^3=600

    Let's line everything up and simplify the equation.

    4x^3-48x^2+432x-600=0

    x^3-12x^2+108x-150=0

    This thing has no rational roots. It has one real irrational root around 1.6497 and two imaginary roots.
