Are you sure this is right? The first and last terms are identical.

$\displaystyle (3a)^3b^2 + (5a)^2b^2 - (14ab)^2 - (3a)^3b^2$ <-- Cancelling the first and last terms.

$\displaystyle (5ab)^2 - (14ab)^2$

$\displaystyle 25a^2b^2 - 196a^2b^2$

$\displaystyle (25 - 196)a^2b^2$

$\displaystyle -171a^2b^2$
