Isolating or finding the inverse of an Exponential Function
So I have the function x=2^y

How do I rearrange for y in this case? What are the steps?

Thank you!

pacman
x=2^y?

base = b = 2

exponent = y

convert it to the logarithmic form

Consider the following.

$
a^b= c \Rightarrow b = \log_ac
