I;m having trouble understanding this question it says M(x,y) is the midpoint of line CD with endpoints C(5,9) and D(17,29).

Then it tells me to show MC=MD. How would I do that?
I found the midpoint (11,19) but what does it mean to show MC = MD?

use the distance fromula to show that the distance between (5,9) and (11,19) is thye same as the distance between (11,19) and (17,29).
