    Factoring Completely

    Is this expression factored completely?

    (2a^{2} - ab)(4a^{4} + 2a^{3}b + a^{2}b^{2})

    not quite, those terms in ( ... ) still have common factor(s)

    a(2a-b) \cdot a^2(4a^2 + 2ab + b^2)

    finish ...

    Thanks. So the expression wasn't factored completely because the common factor a was in the first term, and the common factor a^{2} was in the second?
