    If a Tour de France winner (between the years 1947 and 2007) were selected at random, what is the probability that he is from France?

    3. Given a winner is from Europe, what is the probability that he is from Spain?

    The first problem is direct.
    Probability of winner to be from France is \frac{winners from france}{total winners}
    =0.3443
