    statistics problem help

    Consider the Discrete PDF

    f(x;q)=(q/2)^{|x|}(1-q)^{1-|x|} for x=-1,0,1 and 0<q<1



    a) Is f(x;q) a complete family? if so why?

    b) Find a complete sufficient statistic for q

    c)Find the Uniformly Minimum Variance Unbiased Estimator for q



    Please help me solve these questions
