I have an M/M/3 queuing system with given parameters as follows:

lambda = 2.1
mu = 0.8
L= 8.04
Lq= 5.41
W= 3.83
Wq= 2.58

I have to find the bulk probability given by B(3, lambda/mu)

I also have to use 12 given random numbers to simulate the arrivals of 6 customers with inter arrival times given by epsilon(lambda) and service time epsilon(mu).

How do I do this??
