    stat probability qs?

    three digits lottery problem. if the number u pick has the same number in the same order, then u win 200 dollar, that is call "strike". and, if the number u pick has the same number in the different order, u in 100 dollar, that is call "same". what is the expected payoff if you bet on "strike" with 1 dollar, and what is the expected payoff if you bet on "same" with 1 dollar?
