I was wondering if someone can explain to me why the expansion of Cov(X,YZ) is

<(X-<X>)(Y-<Y>)(Z-<Z>)> + <Y>Cov(X,Z) + <Z>Cov(X,Y)

i think it has something to do with the identities.
