P1:

n = 19

P2:
avg 149.4

n = 10
Given this data for two samples..and using α = 5%, then Using a β = 10%, what sample size should be obtained from each process to assure meeting the Type I and Type II error constraints if the acceptable difference tolerance is δ = 1.9 ?

I'm not really sure where to start so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
