# Math Help - Distribution of the sum of two ind. uniform random variables.

1. ## Distribution of the sum of two ind. uniform random variables.

Hello everyone. I have worked out a problem and now I am stuck. Basically I have Z = (X+Y)/2 where X,Y are iid and ~U(c-.5,c+.5) where c is some constant. I need to find the distribution of Z. How do I go about this. I tried a change of variable but am having trouble figuring out the support of Z.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
