Math Help - Basic stats help please

thank you I cant figure this out

Its believed that 4% of children have a gene that may be linked to juvenile diabetes. Researchers hoping to trackk 20 of these children for several years test 732 newborns for the presence of this gene. What the probability they find enough subjects for their study?

2. The distribution is binomial because:
-each newborn is assumed to be independent of one another
-there is a fixed probability a newborn has the gene
-fixed number of newborns in the study
-only two outcomes: has gene or does not have gene

This is a cumulative probability question, so you need a graphics calculator to solve $P(X \geq 20)$
