I have tis questions, I'd appreciate help.

X follows a binomial distribution with n=15 and p=0.19 (answer to four decimal places not two percentage decimal points.

1. P(x=3)= I got 0.2097

2. P(x>=3)= Dont know how to do it.

All you need to sum 3 terms not 13.
