Statistical report, please help
Toluene is a chemical that is commonly found in substances such as glue. Abuse of these substances can cause neurological symptoms. An experiment was carried out to investigate whether the inhalation of toluene had any effect on the brains of rats: six rats were exposed to toluene and five other (control) rats were not exposed to toluene. The concentration in (ng/g) of the chemical norepinephrine in the medulla regions of the brains of the toluene-exposed rats and the control rats are recorded below.
Undertake an analysis of these data and write a brief statistical report of your analysis.
My answer so far.
Done the summary; which includes the aim of the analysis, not sure of model used (normal model?) and the key findings?? and its key interpretations??.
Methods normal model?? and calculated a 95% t-interval and used a t-test to test the hypothesis that the mean difference is zero.
Thought of using box plots.
The t-test (using minitab) gave t = 2.36 on 10 degrees of freedom, p = 0.043
We conclude that there is sufficient evidence to reject the hypothesis of no difference between the concentration of of norepinephrine in the medulla regions of toluene- exposed rats and control rats.

I have edited my entry.
....sufficient evidence to reject the hypothesis.
