1. ## statistics population intervals

in a 2007, poll of 2200 adults 43% of respondents were in favor of allowing students to use cell phone during tests.
what is a point estimate for the proportion that favor allowing students to use cell phones during tests??

find a 90% confidence for the true proportion of adults who favor allowing students to use their cell phones during tests

i know how to do the confidence intervals with the formula but this im kinda lost help!

The point estimate is obviously 43%.

For the confidence interval, post #3 of this thread: http://www.mathhelpforum.com/math-he...-homework.html
