hypothesis testing

A die is rolled 60 times and the average number showing on the face is 2.5. Use a hypothesis test to show whether or not the die is loaded. Assume a=0.05. (Hint: Find the asymptotic distribution)


I know that the distribution is asymptotically normal. But what would my null and alternative hypothesis be? Is it Ho:Population mean equals 3.5 and H1: Mean does not equal 3.5? Or is it Ho: Population mean equals 3.5 and H1: Mean equals 2.5?
