    Statistics!!! Help Me!!!

    The serum cholesterol levels for men in one age group are normally distributed with a mean of 178.2 and a standard deviation of 40.9. All units are in mg/100mL. Find the two levels that separate the top 9% and the bottom 9%.

    Well you start by looking up the z-scores that correspond to 0.09 and 0.91 in a table of the cumulative normal distribution. These are -1.34 and +1.35.

    Now find theblood serum levels that correspond to these z-scores.
