the problem is
it is election season in America and Obama and Hillary are competing for the democratic nomination and the voter are always honest about which candidate they have voted. what is true
a- when individual claims to have voted for Hillary ,there is at most .99 probabilty that they really voted for Hillary and
b- if individual voted for Hillary , they alway tell the truth that they voted for her and that
c- if person voted for Obama then they claims to have voted for Obama with probability .99
