    Empirical Rule?

    Pr(Z < 0) = 0.50

    Pr(Z < 1) = 0.84

    We're in the neighborhood. Not too much more looking produces:

    Pr(Z < 0.829) = 0.950 <== Who-hoo!! That's an important one!
