    Distribution Theory

    I need some help on below question. I do not know where to start!!

    Find the expected value of X where X is a random variable which follows a noncentral chi square distribution with n degrees of freedom and noncentrality parameter "delta"

    Did the link I gave you in this thread help. An easy way is to use the moment generating function.
