What is the critical value of 90% confidence?

I know for 95% it is.
I dont know how you find it.

Presumably you mean for a particular distribution (normal, t, chi-sq, F, ...)

Traditionally you look critical values up in a table, or nowerdays use an
appropriate software tool.

The critical z-value for a 90% confidence interval is 1.64. This is easily found in either of the ways mentioned by CaptainB. Or alternatively, by making google your friend.
