    Joint Distribution

    Hi,
I am having trouble understanding the last line of the attached Proof. I do not see why it follows from the proof that they should be taking the reciprocal of the Jacobian.
    Can someone please explain why.
    Thanks.

OK, my question was silly. I see the whole proof now.
    Thanks.
