Thread: Line Of best Fit

How would I go about finding the line of best fit for data?
I have a chart:
x 3.9_ 3.7_ 2.5_ 3.3_ 2.8_
y 1.5_ 1.6_ 2.4_ 1.8_ 2.1_

Pay attention in class?

1) Look up Linear Regression.

2) Use any old software and click on the "Add Linear Approximation" button.

Thanks. Never mind though... I found how to do it on my calculator...I haven't done this in a long time, and I had forgotten how to get the equation on my calculator...thanks for your time though
