    Interpretting random data...

Having generated a random sample of 200 values, normal population, mean of 120, st dev of 9.

I've been asked to summarise the data using appropriate stat measures and interpret.

    Any help welcome

Specify things you want to interpret. what's the aim of the analysis ?
what do u want to find out by the sample u selected.

Andy what do you mean by Normal, with mean 120, stdev 9 ?
do u mean the population is assumed to be normal with those parameters?
or these r the sample statistics only?

Once you tell what you want to find out, then it'll be clear what areas to interpret.
