how do you find the likelihood of lambda ^x / x! ?

What do you mean "likeliehood"? Is x a random variable? If so, what is its distribution?

Ok using the cramer-Rao inequality find the minimum variance bound for unbiased estimators of lambda?

The probability function is the poisson distribution, e^-lambda * lambda^x / x!

Iv tried working it out and i get lambda/-n^2!!
