I find this question poorly worded. When it says "in a circle" does it mean on the disk bounded by the circle? Or does it mean a point in the set of points in the actual circle?

For example is interior to but it is not in the set of points that makeup the circle.

I have clarified the problem description according to the comment form Plato.
