Transforming a data set to Normal

I have the data set above.
I realise it should be modelled by a Poisson distribution but the question I have is would it be possible to transform the data so that the transformed data using something from the ladder of powers e.g. )
or 
so can be modelled using a normal distribution?

It is probably a wise thing to outline exactly what you are trying to do both mathematically/statistically and non-mathematically/non-statistically. This will help evaluate whether your intended technique will hinder your goal or not.
