Hi, i decided to make this post out of some frustration i have been having in my Probability and Statistics class. For some reason i can't wrap my head around anything relating to this class and its surprising to me because im able to take a differential equations class and pass with flying colors. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how i need to differ my study habits,In differential equations and throughout calculus I learned due to a lot of repetition and for some reason the more complicated it got the better i understood.
I know when i was taking calculus, videos from khanacademy and other people on youtube helped are there any anyone would recommend?
The book i am using is Probability and Statistics for Engineering and the Sciences, 8th edition and currently were Learning about Point Intervals and finished just took a test on discrete random variables and point estimation.
I just cant figure out how to study for this class, so any help or advice would be appreciated.
thanks,
Jamie
